Who Should Use EnrollJeffco?
All families with students kindergarten through 12th grade use EnrollJeffco in December (starting Dec. 6 this year) to indicate where their student will be attending school for the following school year. Families use EnrollJeffco whether their student is re-enrolling at the same school, changing schools or just starting in Jeffco.
When Do I Use EnrollJeffco?
The Round One enrollment window for grades K-12 for the 2024-25 school year is Dec. 2023 through Jan. 2024. During this window, families will use EnrollJeffco to enroll in their neighborhood school. Families are able to Indicate whether they are returning to the same school or if they are applying to a different school of their choice.
Reminder about Round One enrollment: It does not matter when families submit their application within the enrollment window. All applications submitted between Dec. 2023 and Jan. 2024 are treated the same. There is no priority given for applications submitted earlier in the window rather than later. This flexibility allows families to take their time in researching and choosing the school that best fits your student’s needs.
Notifications and Offers
In mid- to late-January, families who submitted an application will hear from all the schools they applied to in EnrollJeffco. Families that applied for choice enrollment or preschool will receive a notification for each school application indicating, 1) an opportunity to accept an offer, or 2) information about waitlist placement. Families have three days to accept an offer; only one offer may be accepted.
Families who submitted an application in EnrollJeffco to their neighborhood school are guaranteed a spot at that school for the 2024-25 school year.

To submit an enrollment request to the Jeffco Remote Learning Program please use EnrollJeffco.org for more information and instructions. If you need additional support with the enrollment and registration process, please call the Enroll Jeffco Hotline (303) 982-2372 or Email EJSupport@jeffco.k12.co.us You can also visit the Ed Center from 9am - 3pm Tuesday through Thursday starting June 4th for in person support.

- December 3, 2024: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2025-26 school year opens
- January 17, 2025: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2025-26 school year closes
- January 23, 2025: Round 2 enrollment for the 2025-26 school year opens
- January 28, 2025: Lottery results sent to families
